thank you for a relaxing stay for a relaxing visit. amazingly attentive staff, they smile all the time. the hotel offers bread and eggs in the morning. it has best possible, marvellous setting, near the central square, the center and restaurants. great nearby places include the riverside inn, we usually had drinks there.

The location here is fantastic, conveniently situated near the city center and close to the cathedral and the old town area.

Nicely designed and modern place to stay, I was there for 3 nights and would come here again. Loved the rooms, they were well-equipped with the balcony. Location: the hotel was just off city center, the centre of Santa Cruz, and restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This hotel is clean, has incredibly attentive staff, and offers a delicious breakfast with fresh bread and eggs, meeting all our expectations perfectly.

we truly enjoyed rooms with a bath. its location relatively near parque el arenal was perfect and marvellous.

The hotel had amazingly attentive and particularly helpful staff in all areas. the rooms were trendy and well laid out, with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It had a great street view balcony.
